Reading the Route Schedule's week numbers

What Stops this week, Completed, Customers and Technicians count on the Route Schedule, and why Stops this week can be lower than your active maintenance jobs.

Updated October 5, 2026

Four numbers, all from the same stops

The top of the Route Schedule page sums up the week you are looking at. Every number counts the stops shown in the grid below it, so they always agree with each other.

  • Stops this week: every stop on this week's routes, split underneath into maintenance, work orders and custom stops. A stop transferred to another route counts once, on the route it moved to.
  • Completed: how many of those stops are done, with a progress bar.
  • Customers: the different customers on this week's routes.
  • Technicians: technicians on the schedule, and how many are on a route right now.

Why Stops this week is lower than my active jobs

The Jobs page counts active maintenance jobs (every pool you service, not archived or suspended). The Route Schedule counts visits this week. A recurring job that is on a route but has no visit this week is listed under the Stops number as Not shown; click it to see who and why:

  • First visit is after this week: the job's first visit (its start date) is later than its route day this week.
  • Not due this week: an every-other-week, monthly or less frequent job whose next visit falls in another week.
  • Service has ended: its last visit date has passed.
  • Suspended: the job is suspended, so it stays off routes until resumed. Suspended jobs are not counted as active on the Jobs page either.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the Route Schedule show fewer stops than my maintenance jobs?

Stops this week counts visits this week, not jobs. Every-other-week and monthly jobs that are not due, jobs whose first visit is later, and suspended jobs have no stop this week. Click "Not shown" under Stops this week on the Route Schedule to see each one and the reason.

Does Stops this week include jobs that aren't on a route?

No. Only jobs on a route get stops. The Jobs overview shows how many maintenance jobs are not on a route yet, and Auto-Assign in the Route Builder can place them.
