Sunday night used to be
for schedules.
Routes, invoices, chemistry, and the “did you come?” texts. Built by a pool tech who was tired of doing it after the last stop.

The actual app, demo data — our customers’ addresses don’t belong on the internet.

Card and ACH. Saved cards for the weekly bill
We’re new. These are real.
Live since January, and we won’t pretend otherwise. No “trusted by 10,000 pros” banner — just what has actually happened on real routes, counted from our database.
Logged by techs on the route. Not imports.
Skimmed, brushed, vacuumed, emptied. One tap each.
pH, chlorine, alkalinity — taken poolside, kept forever.
Card, ACH, and the occasional paper check.
Counted from production on August 14, 2026. Demo and test accounts excluded. Updated by hand, not a live counter.
What you stop doing by hand.
Every plan has all of it. You pay by how many techs you have.
Route building
Best Fit by drive time, then drag what you don’t like. Rain day? Push the whole day to tomorrow.
MoreInvoices & autopay
Completed work writes the invoice. Saved cards charge. Stripe, ACH, and QuickBooks stay in sync.
MoreGeorge
Skip the Hendersons. Find a customer. Check who’s on route. Ask in plain English and he does it.
MoreWater chemistry
Log FC, pH, TA, CYA, and salt from the deck. Dose amounts calculated. History stays with the pool.
MoreTech mobile app
Opens to today’s stops. Works offline. Built for wet hands, not a desk.
MoreWork orders
Broken pump on stop 4? The tech writes the work order on the deck. It lands on your desk.
MoreService reports & quotes
Photos, readings, and tasks emailed after every visit. Quotes they can e-sign.
MoreTeam & payroll
Clock-in, drive time, and minutes on site. Mileage and overtime without a second spreadsheet.
MoreCustomers
Gate codes, equipment, more than one pool. A portal so they stop calling to ask if you came.
MoreWhat a stop actually costs
Labor, chemicals, and drive time against what they pay you. See which routes make money.
MoreScheduling
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whatever that HOA actually wants. Same tech if they asked for one.
MoreTexts & reminders
On-the-way texts, done-for-the-day reports, invoice reminders. Without you typing them.

Hey, I’m Corey. I’ve been on a pool route for 15 years. The apps I tried felt like they were built by people who’d never skimmed a pool, so I built this one. Every feature exists because I needed it that day. When you call, a founder picks up.
Pay by how many techs you have.
Every feature is on every plan. No per-pool fees. Month to month. Cancel whenever. And the price you sign up at is the price you keep — we never raise it on existing customers.
Included in every plan

Getting Started
It is the software a pool company uses to run the week: routes, schedules, techs, invoices, and the notes you send the customer. Pool Founder replaces the spreadsheet, the paper route, and the three apps that do not talk to each other.
Pool Founder offers five plans: Solo ($49/month for 1 technician), Team ($99/month for up to 3 technicians), Growth ($179/month for up to 6 technicians), Pro ($249/month for up to 10 technicians), and Enterprise (custom pricing for unlimited technicians). All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
Yes. 30 days, every feature, no credit card. Enough time to import your book, run real routes, and send real invoices before you pay a dollar.
No. Month to month, cancel anytime. And the price you sign up at is the price you keep — we never raise prices on existing customers.
Route Optimization & Scheduling
Best Fit clusters stops by location and orders each day by drive time. You preview the week on a map before anything saves, then drag whatever you don’t like. Less windshield time without doing it by hand in a spreadsheet.
Yes. Pool Founder supports recurring maintenance schedules — weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom intervals. Jobs automatically appear on your route calendar and can be assigned to specific technicians or crews.
Move a stop, a day, or a whole route to another day. Techs can hit Skip & Do Tomorrow right from the truck when rain hits mid-route. Customers can be notified of the change automatically by email or text — if you turn that on.
Technician Management & Mobile App
Yes. iOS and Android. High contrast, big tap targets, and it keeps working when the cell signal doesn’t. Built for wet hands on a pool deck, not a desk.
Yes. Technicians can view their routes, complete jobs, log chemicals, and add photos even without internet connectivity. All data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
Pool Founder lets you create multiple routes and assign them to different technicians or crews. Each crew sees only their assigned route for the day, while you get a bird's-eye view of all operations from the dashboard.
Billing, Invoicing & Payments
When a technician completes a job and marks it done in the mobile app, Pool Founder can automatically generate and send an invoice to the customer. You can also batch-invoice at the end of the week or month.
Yes. Pool Founder syncs invoices, payments, and customer data with QuickBooks Online. Keep your accounting software up to date automatically without double-entry.
Yes. Every invoice includes a secure online payment link. Customers can pay with credit cards or ACH bank transfers through Stripe.
Customer Management
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) and the import maps your columns to the right fields. Most companies finish in under an hour. A founder will sit on the import with you if you want.
Pool Founder sends automatic notifications for upcoming service, completed visits, and invoices. You can also send custom messages to individual customers or groups.
Water Chemistry & Chemical Tracking
Yes. Technicians log water chemistry readings (pH, free chlorine, combined chlorine, alkalinity, CYA, calcium hardness, TDS, and more) for every visit using the mobile app. Historical readings are stored and graphed.
Service reports are automatically generated from completed jobs, including water chemistry readings, chemicals applied, tasks completed, photos, and technician notes. Reports can be emailed to customers automatically after each visit.
Switching & Getting Set Up
Yes. You can export your data from most pool service software as a CSV file and import it directly into Pool Founder. Our support team can help with custom migrations from platforms like Skimmer, PoolBrain, Service Autopilot, Jobber, or any other tool you're currently using.
Most shops finish in an afternoon. Answer four setup questions, import your book from a spreadsheet, and let Auto-Assign build the first week of routes. If you’d rather hand it off, white-glove onboarding does the whole thing for you.
Security & Technical
Yes. Pool Founder uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, secure cloud hosting with redundant backups, and strict access controls.
The office dashboard works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop, laptop, or tablet. The technician mobile app is available natively on iOS and Android.
